DISHES IN MINUTES

Radish Salad

2 pcs. radish (labanos)
1 cup vinegar
  • Add garlic to vinegar, Allow to stand for a few minutes.
  • Peel the radish and slice into thin rounds.
  • Place the radish in a bowl and pour the garlic and vinegar mixture over it.
  • Allow to stand for a minute or two before serving.




Apple and Tuna salad

1 can of tuna, drained
2 apple (green or red), cored and cut into chunks
1 cup pineapple tidbits
1 cup diced celery
3 tbsp. raisins
1 cup mayonnaise
salt to taste
sugar to taste
  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
  • Season with salt and sugar.
  • Chill for a few minutes before serving.
  • Note: If you don't want the apple chunks to discover prior to mixing with other ingredients, soak in water with 1 tablespoon calamansi juice.
