Hydratek Company Wins P66M Deal to Supply Amphibian Vehicle To Philippines

 Department of Defense announced that Hydratek Inc won the bidding process and is soon to supply 10 units of brand new amphibious Hydratek vehicle worth P66 million to the Philippines for the marine. Hydratek Inc, is a non-government owned manufacturer of multipurpose amphibious Hydratek small amphibian vehicle in Tennessee, USA. Hydratek amphibian vehicle acquisition is also a part of AFP modernization.

 Hydratrek provides small amphibian vehicle which is an exceptional, heavy duty and multi-purpose. It is typically used for distant access solutions as it can take people, equipment and this is typically used to carry soldiers, war equipment and other kinds of cargo and provides access to the areas where trucks other form of water transportation like other single ATVs and boats finds it difficult to operate.


 It is also best for search and rescue operation as it has the ability to navigate any variation of deep water, low water, and land without stopping, and perfect for a flood situation.

 DND has not yet announced the present status of the contract for the Small Amphibian Vehicle Acquisition Project with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for the Philippine Marine Corp. And the date for the delivery was not announced as well.
